Mediation Services
      As an alternative to a costly litigation ending in a trial, parties can mediate their cases to resolve things on their terms instead of terms set by a judge who hardly knows you.  Peter has extensive experience in representing people in mediations and conducting them.  The Family Courts selected Peter as a Settlement Master to help the courts reduce their caseloads.  Peter would take cases from the judges and attempt to resolve them.
       Peter's office is set up to do mediations.  The office has two conference rooms to keep the parties and counsel separate while Peter goes back and forth to reach a settlement.
       Peter can deftly handle your case to represent you in mediation to resolve your divorce, child custody disputes, and any other family law matter and can also mediate cases between parties--with or without counsel.
